At Self the Salon, we are dedicated to creating a mindful, personalized experience for every guest. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively to nurture your unique hair and self-care needs. Late cancellations or missed appointments can disrupt this intention, which is why we have policies in place to honor our time and yours.

48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice via phone call if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Changes made within this window will incur a 50% service fee as our team cannot easily refill the dedicated time.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you do not attend your appointment, a 100% service fee will apply. This must be paid before rebooking.

Change of Services: If you decide to adjust your booked service, please let us know more than 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest eagerly awaiting their Self the Salon experience.
